At La Suite Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Contact our client care team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
